The Independent National Electoral Commission in a press statement released on Friday, March 1, 2019, has fixed supplementary presidential election in areas where voting did not take place for March 9, 2019, the same day for the gubernatorial election, and the house of assembly election.
Voting did not take place in some places due to violence, malfunctioning of card readers and delay in electoral materials getting to polling areas.
