On Wednesday, 20th of February, President Muhammad Buhari ordered government agencies to pay federal workers immediately, to enable them to travel to their various destinations to vote.
This information was disclosed by the Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed, after the Federal Executive Council meeting on Wednesday at Abuja.
Mohammed said;
”The payment of salaries started yesterday as against the 25th of every month to ease the challenges caused by elections postponement.”
