American singer Robert Sylvester Kelly, also known as R.Kelly is facing up to 10 counts bordering on aggravated criminal sexual abuse — a class 2 felony — involving four alleged victim.
A warrant of arrest has been issued in respect of this and he is due to appear before a court tomorrow.
If found guilty, he is facing up to 7 years imprisonment.
