President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday, presented the 2019, budget to a joint session of the National Assembly.

In a 10 seconds video shared via Twitter by Bashir Ahmad, Buhari’s aide  on New Media, heavy chants of ‘Said Baba’ could be heard from lawmakers as Buhari stepped into the chambers.

In the video, lawmakers suspected to be members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, were seen on their feet, waving their hands as they hailed the President.
