Senator Shehu Sani representing Kaduna Central, has also weighed in on recen allegations that president Muhammadu Buhari’s family, own huge shares in Etisalat Nigeria and Keystone Bank.
Buhari’s family is said to now own shares in Etisalat Nigeria which has an estimated $2bn of its estimated $20bn global net worth – An allegation that has raised a lot of dust, since it was reported.
Sani, in his reaction, said in order to clear the dust raised by these allegations, the firms involved, should publish the full names of their shareholders.
He wrote via his Twitter handle on Friday, thus:
In view of the moral dust raised by the questions on the shares of the two firms now on the scale of integrity, Etisalat and Keystone should publish the full names of their shareholders, to exhale the billows of smoke and clear the dark clouds hanging over the landscape of our nation.
