The 2018 edition of the Lagos City Criterium has been scheduled to hold at the Dolphin Estate Loop in Ikoyi, Lagos State on December 1.
The Lagos City Criterium, which is in its third year, is a bicycle racing competition consisting of several laps around a closed circuit, organised by the Sustainable Cycling Foundation (SCF) in conjunction with Cycology Riding Club, and supported by the Lagos State Sports Commission.
This year’s edition will be the opener for the 2018/2019 cycling season and will see teams competing under six categories: Pro Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, and Junior Male/Female.
Last year’s edition took place at the 2.9km loop of the Dolphin Estate and had a guest appearance of former Tour De France cyclist, Andrea Tonti, and over 170 cyclists that competed.
