Kendall Jenner's Alleged Stalker May Escape Jail

Kendall Jenner's alleged stalker may escape through the criminal justice system or he may get minimal days in jail. TMZ reported that it doesn't really matter if John Ford has repeatedly trespassed on Kendall's property in her gated community but he's only charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass and the maximum punishment he can get is 6 months in jail, however, because of overcrowding in L.A. County Jail it is almost certainly he will get out within days.

Ford, a Canadian citizen, cannot be deported because he's not charged with a violent felony.

The best action for Kendall is to file a civil restraining order, which she's currently processing. However, if Ford violates that order, he can be arrested but the problem is that the justice system becomes a revolving door because of overcrowding. Realistically the most effective step she can take is to hire private security for her protectio.
