Festus who is the spokesperson of the Buhari Campaign Organization, shared this old news magazine cover on his twitter page with the caption''Still for those targeting younger voters who did not witness the OBJ/Atiku era: they're hoping to deceive, blindfold & defraud them this time into thinking jobs are waiting somewhere.

 Well, this was in 2004! So much for creating jobs!
